Some Time in Disneyland

That afternoon while Ian took a nap, Katie spent some time with Eva in Disneyland.

As soon as Eva told me that Cinderella was her favorite princess, I knew that we should meet her! 

Cinderella is always so kind! 

What's more magical than walking up to a princess' castle? 

Look who we found next! 

We decided that we wanted to go on Small World one more time. I love that ride! 

Eva and I got to ride together, and we looked for all the princess dolls that we could find!

An Afternoon is Disney California Adventure

Later in the morning, we met up with everyone else. We spent the afternoon going on rides and enjoying each other.

Eva and I took a break on Grandma's scooter while some of the others went on Guardians of the Galaxy. We have fun together! 

Later, we went on Grizzly River Run. I was glad that Ian and I had the middle seats, and Grandma and Uncle Jeff were by the bigger openings!

Ian and I held hands as the raft was pulled up the hill! 

We got pretty wet, but we sure had fun! 

Later, Ian and I sat on the ground and rested while we waited for a ride. 

We always had something to talk about. 

 Finally we got to be superheroes!

A Morning on Pixar Pier

The next day we started our day on Pixar Pier and explored some new attractions. It was fun!

 The first thing I tried was Jessie's Critter Carousel. Aunt Jennifer went with me!

I love playing with these balls that rotate in the water! 

How lucky was I to meet Bo Peep? 

 Finally we went on Emotional Whirlwind, and after I posed with Disgust, and...

Fear!

An Evening in Toon Town

We ended the evening in Toon Town. All of the kids had so much fun playing with the cartoon-inspired props.

Eva and I found this dumbbell that we tried to lift, but it was a little too heavy.

Ian joined in, but it was stuck good! 

After that, we made a jail break! 

Then Ian and I pressed on this lever to see if we could explode the dynamite! 

We played with that a long time! 

We ended by "driving" the truck through Toon Town! 

Star Wars

One of the places we went on our first day in Disneyland was Galaxy's Edge, the new Star Wars land. We took a look around and went on their ride, which was a lot of fun!

 The lighting for our picture wasn't the best, but I had fun waiting for the Star Wars ride with Ian and Eva!

Finding the Cousins

After a couple of rides, we met up with Jeff, Grace, Ian, and Eva. Katie was so excited to be back with her cousins!

Eva was in her stroller, but I ran over to talk to her as soon as I saw her!

 We got to go on the Winnie the Pooh ride pretty quick!

Once Ian joined us, we were like three peas in a pod!

Looking for the Cousins

Katie's number one thing to do once we got to Disneyland was to find her cousins. We grabbed some lunch when we got there and headed to Tomorrowland as we waited to meet up.

We had to wait for everyone to get over to us, so we went on some rides while we waited.

Up, Up, and Away

After two weeks away from them, we got in an airplane and headed to Disneyland to meet up with my brother and his family for a short vacation before school started.

These are my favorite headphones. They're soft, and they stay on my ears! 

We were excited for our trip!

"Slippers"

Katie found some very thick and soft yarn at the store, and she found all sorts of ways to use it.

I discovered that the yarn made cozy slippers!

The County Fair

We made our annual trip to the county fair. It's always fun to go and see everything!

The first stop we made was to watch the dock dogs fly through the air! I love to see them. 

I wanted to go on one ride together, so... 

...we all went on the Ferris wheel. 

 It was fun to look at everything from up high!

Of course, we had to get our picture here. 

We had to take two pictures, so my mom could be in one too!

Aunt Jennifer also became a bug. 

My mom kept asking me to find my favorite cow. I never chose one, but this was her favorite. 

I played a few of the games. I always like the ducks! 

One of the last things I did was to go in the floating bubbles again. What fun!
