A Comfy Spot for Reading

Katie wanted some quiet reading time the other day. She decided to clear out her book basket to use as a perfect chair.

I can read pretty much anywhere!

Visiting Kathy and Kai

While Jennifer had some days off work, she took Katie to visit Kathy and Kai.  From what I hear, Katie had a really fun time at Kathy's house. She fell in love with Kathy's energetic standard poodle, Maeby. She got to eat yummy treats that Kathy gave her - broccoli, carrots, crackers, and cheese. Plus, she got to see her friend, Kai, again.

Waking Up from a Nap

After Katie's nap, she was busy looking for something fun to do.

Let's find something to do, Winnie! 

I found a toothbrush! 

It's always important to have good dental hygiene. 

I need to check my Advent Calendar today.

I'll practice my fake sneezing.  Ahhh….

If I wait long enough, an airplane will fly by the window. 

I haven't paid very much attention to my foot lately.

Hangin' with Chloe

Sometimes Katie just likes to follow Chloe around. She doesn't need a lot of attention. She's just happy watching Chloe. I think I interrupted their bonding time the other day.

What?  Chloe and I don't need you right now.

My First Ice Pack

When Katie was spending some time with Garyldine, she took one of her famous falls, so Garyldine gave her an ice pack to hold on her head.

This just makes my head cold! 

It helps when the ice is in the right spot. 

I need to take care of Winnie, too!

Do You Want to Read?

Katie gave me a subtle hint last week that she wanted to read. Who could have guessed what she wanted?

I just grabbed a few books to start with.

Putting on My Shoes

I've mentioned before that Katie is enjoying putting on her own shoes. She used to get them on the right feet most of the time, but now that has seemed to switch around.
