I know I've said that Katie loves music before, but I don't know if I can ever express how much she loves it. She often spends a good part of the day singing and dancing. Sometimes she sings real songs, and other times she makes up her own music. One night, she grabbed her flower headband, put it on as a tutu, and sang and danced. Her song just made us laugh! Katie was really excited when Aunt Jennifer learned part of her song!

After Chloe's bath, Katie decided to climb up next to Chloe to help entertain her while she waited for her hair to dry.

A Good Tower

Katie decided to build one of her famous towers out of canned food one afternoon. She was very proud of her work!

A Perfect Way to Begin a Day

I was getting ready for work one morning, and Katie grabbed some important things to take upstairs with her. First, she needed her new bracelet that her friend, Ina, made her. Who doesn't need a bracelet when you're wearing pajamas?

Second, she wanted to take some breakfast with her. I let her look in the refrigerator to choose her breakfast, and she chose her leftover mixed vegetables for breakfast. Who doesn't want to begin the day with those?

Third, she grabbed the whisk out of the drawer, so she could stir her vegetables. In her head, it was perfect!

Going to the Pet Store

Katie loves to go to the pet store. She has so much fun looking at all of the different animals. When we went the last time, there was an adoption event with rescued cats. It was hard to get her away from the area with the cats.

I wonder if these are little dogs. 

It's always funny when the ferrets are all in a big pile. 

I don't think I want a pet mouse, but I'll still watch them. 

I think I might be in love.
