A Ride on the Mark Twain

Since it wasn't very crowded, we decided to take a ride on the Mark Twain to visit America's rivers. It was a relaxing break.

I got a front row seat on the boat with Grandma! 

There was lots to look at as the boat moved through the rivers. 

 When we got off the boat, we headed back to the hotel for a break before our big Halloween party! I couldn't wait!

Halloween Decorations

Of course, Disneyland was covered in Halloween decorations for the season. Part of the decorations were themed after their movie, Coco.

The flowers in this area were so pretty! 

Even though I've seen Coco, I wasn't quite sure what I thought of the statues. 

To Begin Our Trip

One of our favorite rides is Small World, so we knew we wanted to go on that as one of our very first rides.

Aunt Jennifer was my ride buddy this trip! I always wanted to sit with her!

Another Favorite

After Katie and I stopped at the castle, we went on a few rides, and one of Katie's favorites is the teacups. For that ride, Jennifer is assigned to go with her!

When I go on the teacups, I like to make them spin! 

The spinning doesn't really bother Aunt Jennifer.  

Teacups are the best! 

A Favorite Spot

Nothing says Disneyland like standing in front of the castle!

It was so fun to be able to wear summer clothes again!

Halloween at Disneyland

Awhile ago my sister, Jennifer, asked us if we wanted to go to Disneyland for a Halloween party. Who would turn that down?

I was so excited to get going on our trip after a day at school! 

When I got on the plane, I passed the time with my Kindle.

Being a Helper

Katie loves to help when she can, and one of the things that she likes to do is to unlock the mailbox to get our mail.

There's something about this task that makes me feel grown up!
