Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Sharing My Toys

You never know what Katie is going to have in her backpack. Her treasures change all the time. One night, Katie was a little too quiet. I walked around the couch to find her and I wasn't sure what to expect. I saw that she was sharing her backpack toys with Chloe. I was shocked that she gave Chloe Winnie the Pooh. Then I saw what she had chosen to use for herself. Earlier in the day, she had found her grandma's Kindle and packed it away in her backpack! That was her toy that night. Luckily, she treated it well!
