Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Curls

Any time that Katie has worn braids, she loves to see her braids taken out because her hair becomes curly. One day when she wanted to wear her princess costume, I asked her if she wanted curls in her hair. She wasn't sure what to think when I pulled out the curling iron, but she loved the results.

Look at my hair! 

I have curls all over. 

I think it's beautiful!
