Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

An Elsa Costume

As I've mentioned, Katie loves Queen Elsa from Frozen. She has especially been taken by the fact that Queen Elsa and Princess Anna wear capes. It wasn't long before Katie created her own costume and then continued to revise it until it was perfect.

I knew I needed a cape, so I used my hooded bath towel. Then I added a crown to my head, so I'd look exactly like Elsa. (My Anna costume is made with my giraffe hooded towel.)
