Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Keeping Busy

Last weekend, Katie re-discovered our dog dish full of water. She carefully watched Chloe get a drink of water. Then she dipped her hand in the bowl a few times, which got her pants a little wet. I took her pants off, so they would dry, and she went on to carry the pants through the house until she found herself sitting next to the dog bowl again. I wanted to take her picture sitting there, so I looked down to turn on my camera. When I looked back up, she had put her pants completely in the dog water. She had lots of fun splashing and completely soaking herself!

SPLASH!

Hey! I'm wet all over!

Other than learning to wash her own clothes in the dog bowl, Katie has been her busy self playing with her favorite toys, which include her pets!

Katie loves her wooden puzzle with farm animals!

Who wants the dog food more? The dog or the cat?

Katie: Do you want to play?
Chloe: Isn't it bedtime yet?
