A Vending Machine

When Katie had Easter eggs on hand, she decided to make a vending machine with her magnet toys.

Why just play with Easter eggs when you can make a fun vending machine for them?

A Concert

Michael Buble was back in town, and of course, we had to go see him. Katie had to adjust to the volume of the music when the concert started, but it didn't take long, and she ended up loving the whole thing!

My mom took my picture outside the theater, but I didn't want to look at her because I was pretty sure the whole world was watching me. 

We got to our seats pretty early, and I had fun examining the stage and lights! 

Michael Buble is one of my favorite singers! 

I loved the music, and I laughed a lot too!

Going to Jennifer's House

When we went to my sister's house, Katie found another gift for Easter. What fun!

I love soft stuffed animals, and I got two of them!

An Easter Hat

Katie soon realized that her new stuffed bunny/puff ball could also work as a hat. She thought it was so funny!

Opening the New Basket

When she finished her egg hunt, Katie peeked in the basket she found outside to see what was in it.

I found some candy, ... 

...a cute stuffed animal...

...that was so cuddly, ...

...a Polly Pocket, and...

...more candy!

An Easter Egg Hunt

Later in the morning, Katie went outside to collect the Easter eggs around the yard and also found some more surprises.

The first thing I noticed was this Easter basket outside! 

Then I saw that the Easter bunny had refreshed our planters again!

I loved them! 

Next I started spying eggs! 

It's always fun to search for eggs. 

Sometimes I found eggs in the strangest places!

In the end, I had a basketful!

A Special Surprise

Katie was so happy to find a surprise package from my friend, Noreen. She always knows what Katie might like!

I had so much fun opening my gifts!

Celebrating with Snapchat

A holiday always requires pictures with Snapchat.

Lego Time

After getting dressed, Katie decided to build her two little Lego sets that were in her Easter basket!

I was so happy that I made this all on my own this year! 

It was a little treasure box with a Lego friend and accessory inside of it! 

Easter Morning, 2019!

Katie is always excited for any holiday. She couldn't wait to get out of bed on Easter morning and find what the Eater bunny had left for her.

 The first thing I found were Easter eggs upstairs!

I picked up as many as I could without a basket. 

Those eggs led to a Hatchimals basket. 

I found more eggs as I made my way down the stairs! 

I found my gifts in the living room! 

I saw lots of fun things! 

I love L.O.L. dolls! This one is my first one with real hair. 

I've also been dreaming of this Pikmi Pop. It looks like a fluff ball this way and smells like cotton candy. 

Then you can turn it inside out, and it becomes a soft bunny! 

I still had to crack open my Hatchimals from my basket upstairs. 

Once I opened them all, they fit right back in the basket! 

It was a happy morning, and..

...a happy morning ends best with Easter eggs for breakfast! Yum!

Coloring the Eggs

Just like always, Katie couldn't wait to color her eggs this year!

I didn't want to touch the vinegar, but I did hold the cup for my mom while she added the vinegar to the dye tablet. 

Then we had to wait for the tablet to disappear. 

I tried to be careful as I put the eggs in the dye, so the dye wouldn't splash on me. 

It it goes! 

The waiting part is the hardest! 

I was trying to be really careful as I brought the egg to the drying rack! 

They all looked so pretty!

Climbing Up High

When Katie first started going to the playground, this climbing structure always seemed so big and overwhelming to her. Now it's so manageable.

Now this doesn't make me worry at all!
