Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

A Birthday Card

Awhile back, Katie got a birthday card in the mail from Uncle Jeff, Aunt Grace, and Ian. It couldn't have been a more perfect card…a combination of princesses and stickers. Katie had to take the small stickers off the page, look at the number on the back, and match the number to a grid to create a picture. She really loved putting the stickers in place. It took a long time, but she was very proud of her accomplishment!

I can't believe that my little stickers fit together to make a big picture!
