Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Celebrating "Gotcha Day"

On Katie's "Gotcha Day," I had to work, so my mom, Garyldine, and Aunt Jody took Katie when she had her pictures taken. Then they did a little shopping and went to lunch. It was a fun day for Katie and hopefully a fun day for Garyldine, who was celebrating her birthday that same day.

I chose to go to Starbucks for lunch. I love their protein boxes! 

We stopped for a nice picture, and... 

…a silly picture.

When I got home, I got to play with my new princess bathtub that Garyldine got me for Gotcha Day!
