There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.
This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Fun in the Kitchen
As I've written before, Katie really likes to empty all of the food from the kitchen cupboards. The other day, she had a great idea to have fun with the food!
I have a plan in my head, Winnie!
First, I'll empty a lot of the food out of the cupboard.
Wow! These cans stack like my blocks!
It's getting taller.
Taller still!
Who needs toys when there are groceries in the house?
