Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Still Trying to See Mulan

Later that day, we went back to see Mulan. It was trickier than it sounded because Mulan shared the space with Mickey and also Pluto. As one would finish meeting people, another would take over. You had to make sure you were in the line in just the right spot to meet who you planned to meet.

We got in the line, and as Katie and I got to the front, Mickey Mouse was still meeting people. Since she had already met Mickey twice that day, we left the line and went to the back of it. Jennifer waited for a bit, and then she got in the line a little behind us. Eventually, my mom, Jennifer, and I were all in a different place in line, so Katie could meet Mulan.

When Jennifer got to the front of the line, Mulan wasn't there, but Pluto was there in his Chinese outfit. Since Pluto is one of Katie's favorites, she was happy to meet him. It was even more exciting because Pluto was kind of like a guest of honor since we were celebrating the Year of the Dog.

Pluto was nice enough to sign my autograph book!

I thought he looked very handsome in his Chinese outfit!

I just love him so much!
