At first, there weren't very many ripe berries, but now we have tons of them!
Blackberry bushes have very prickly thorns, but...
…they also have delicious treats!
When we went to get berries on this day, we were on our way out the door when I exclaimed, "Wait! I forgot my wand!" A good wand is always helpful.
The wand put a magic spell on the thorns, so they wouldn't catch my skirt!
Sometimes we hike up the "great, big, huge mountain" behind our house to find more berries.
