Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

Our Morning in Epcot

We planned on meeting Jeff, Grace, and Ian in the Epcot park on our first morning in Disney World. Unfortunately, our bus got caught in the middle of the back-up that was caused by the ongoing marathon through the park, so we were a little late getting there. Once we arrived at the park, we had to work our way through the gates, which took awhile that first day. Finally though, we all found each other. Katie was so happy to meet Ian in person. She had been talking about it for awhile. She was also pretty happy to meet Aunt Grace, who "has black hair like me!"

We spent our morning going on some of the rides, with Jennifer and me getting lost trying to find Starbucks, and by making our way through Mexico.

We got our picture taken while we waited for Grandma and Aunt Jennifer to get through the gates.

Then we got another picture while Aunt Jennifer and my mom were lost.

Then I was just sitting and resting when…

…Tinkerbell landed in my hand!

It was the best day ever!

Uncle Jeff found a big sombrero in Mexico.

Ian and I found little sombreros, but he didn't like wearing his.

Ian and Uncle Jeff got to meet Donald Duck first.

Ian loves Donald Duck and calls him "Ya Ya."

I got to meet and dance with Donald Duck next.

I think Donald Duck is pretty special too!
