Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

A Few Early Rides

The following early morning, we went on a few rides at Disney's California Adventure before heading off to breakfast. Katie wanted to go back to the Golden Zephyr, one of her favorite rides. Then she had her first Ferris Wheel ride. She liked looking out as we were high over the park.

I was excited to go on the Golden Zephyr again. I could have gone on it over and over and over! 

At first I didn't know what to make of the huge Ferris Wheel, but... 

…I loved looking out as I rode it!
