Red Thread...

There is an ancient Chinese belief which states that there is an invisible red thread that connects each of us to all of the individuals who have been, currently are, and will in the future be important to us in our lives.

This red thread can stretch, twist, and bend… but will never break.

A Hail Storm

A few weeks ago we had a hail storm, and I quickly realized that Katie had no "hands-on" experience with hail. When she saw it, she thought it was snow. I explained the difference to her, so she would know in the future. Then it was time for her to try to collect all of the hailstones at our house.

I knew it wouldn't take me long to pick up all of the hail that fell!
